Pattern Releases .... and SALE !
I am a little behind with updating my blog with my latest pattern releases! Three of my patterns have been released in recent weeks and I am super proud of all of them.

This is a stunning lacy cowl which is worked in the round and is written for three sizes. Vallombrosa (pronounced Vall-om-broh-sah) is a beautiful shaded forest in Tuscany, Italy. The different lace stitch patterns used in the cowl echo the tree trunks, the sunlight streaming between them, and the forest foliage.
It is a quick and engaging knit, worked in the round, and each size given is achievable with just one 100 g skein of sock yarn (most of them use less!) making it an excellent stash buster. Check out the pattern here.
I collaborated with the wonderul Norah George Yarns for this design and the yarn used was her "Forbidden Forest" colourway. The beautiful, soft variegation makes standout piece while still allowing the lace pattern to show. Kits for this pattern are available from Norah George Yarns which include a skein of fingering weight yarn (in a custom colourway!) and a copy of the pattern (in print and a code for Ravelry download) at a discounted price (!) so check out her Etsy store.
Fragolina is a delicious beret and cowl set sized for young children to adults. Worked in luxurious yarn with a touch of cashmere and with squishy brioche edges it’s a real treat of an accessory set. Fragolina means “little strawberry” in Italian, and it is a pet name we have often used for my daughter.
It is a pleasure to knit, with simple brioche and even simpler lace which works up very fast to give an endlessly useable pair of accessories, making it an excellent gift knit.
I originally designed these pieces for a little girl (size S), but the pattern includes two larger sizes which are suitable for a child-young teenager (size M) and adults (size L). Find the pattern here.
On to the yarn! I used Knitting in France Cash'merino Aran which is her new scrumptious MCN base - it is absolutely stunning and so very wonderful to knit with! She is now ready to debut this yarn and you should check out her Etsy shop from this Wednesday (December 7th) for her first update with it included.
Last but not least is Marron, which is my latest design for SweetGeorgia Yarns. It is currently featured in their Holidays with SweetGeogia Vol. 2 collection. What a super fun design to work on! I loved every moment of knitting it, and it really makes the most of one of SweetGeorgia's Party of Five gradient sets. Gentle waves of dropped yarn overs pair beautifully with the triangular line of the silhouette for an accessory that captivates from start to finish.
Given that it is knit from tip to tip there are never very long rows and the easily memorisable (I promise!) stitch pattern and changing colours make it a wonderfully engaging knit.
